Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.6 of 2024 registered with Anandnagar Police Station, District Dharashiv, for the offences punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he tried to assault the applicant with iron sickle. However, there were no injuries caused by the sickle. The weapons have been recovered. The antecedent is no ground to refuse the bail. The Court has to examine the facts of each accused. The material investigation against the applicant has been completed. However, to safeguard

956-BA-767-24.odt the interest of the prosecution, certain conditions may be imposed. Hence, the order :-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Samyak Kundan Chilwant be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice, till filing of the chargesheet.
