The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass-over and submits on instructions that there is already an FIR No. 00071/2023 dated 02.06.2023 registered with Sonkhed Police Station, District Nanded under the orders of the competent Court under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the same cause for which this petition has been filed.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and may avail of any other remedy, if permissible in law. 4.
