This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. S. G. Dargad, Advocate h/f Mr. S. G. Chapalgaonkar, Advocate for the appellant-insurance company is present. Mr. P. B. Barde, Advocate for the respondent/s is present. 2.

The learned advocate for the appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the MACT, Aurangabad in MACP No. 422/2010.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (Marked as 'X') the appeal
