This Court had already directed the Committee to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of one year from the date of said order i. e. 25.02.2015. The petitioner seeks direction to direct respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to allow the petitioner to sit for examination and declare his result.

As the validation proceedings are already pending subject to the decision in the validation proceedings, henceforth the petitioner may not be refrained from appearing in the
