The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against the applicant in the appeal, the applicant will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn within a period of four weeks from passing of such order.
