O R D E R

The learned counsel for the appellants Mr. Mayur Subhedar holding for Mr. C.V.Dharurkar along with appellant Nos. 1 to 5, learned counsel Mr. Mohit Deshmukh for respondent No.2 along with officer are present today.

With the assistance of the learned counsels, we have ascertained identification of the appellant and respondent No.2. They affirm the terms of settlement.

The learned counsel and the parties who are present have placed on record the terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X for identification.

4.

As per the terms of settlement Exibit-X, respondent No.2 shall

5-FA-1692-2017 -2deposit an additional amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs) towards the full and final settlement between the parties within the stipulated period as agreed between them. The same shall be treated as an undertaking. On depositing the amount, the appellant/claimant is permitted to withdraw the same.

The appellants shall pay the deficite court fees, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.

6.

The payment of deficite court fees, if any shall be the condition precedent to withdraw the amount.

7.

The first appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement Exhibit-X and present minutes of order.

8.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
