We have heard Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the petitioners.

It transpires that the grievance of the petitioners is about obstruction of way. In that case the petitioners have a remedy under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act as contended by the learned AGP.

In view of that writ petition is disposed of. The petitioners may avail the remedy as is permissible under law. In that event all contentions are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
