Learned A.G.P. states that the Collector - Jalgaon has communicated him that the proposal of the petitioner has been processed and the entry of restricted ownership has been removed and as the writ property was in devasthan name, the office of the collector has referred it to the Divisional Commissioner, Nasik for forwarding the proposal to the Government. The same is forwarded on 13.9.2017. 2.

In light of that, the contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of.
