Learned counsel for both sides submit that both the sides have arrived at a settlement upon acquittal of the present respondents from the offences punishable under section 341, 323, 504, 427 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and, therefore, the applicant-appellant does not want to proceed with the proceedings or the

2 Cr. Appln. 2911/2014 application for condonation of delay.

In that view of the matter, Application for condonation of Delay (Cri. Appln. No.2911/2014) is allowed to be withdrawn. The same stands disposed of. 5.
