Heard Mr. Y.B. Bolkar, learned counsel for the applicant Nos.1 to 4 and 6.

The counsel for applicants/ appellants submits that he has instructions to conduct the Criminal Appeal and undertakes to argue the appeal on next date. He makes request for cancellation of the bailable warrants issued against these applicants/ appellants. He says, he is filing application. According to him, the earlier counsel Shri V.N. Damle stopped
Cri.Appln.No.2421/2016 practicing and because of that, the appellants could not know about the proceedings. The said counsel was not present on earlier occasion and today also he is not present. As per the office report, the bailable warrants have already been executed against appellant Nos.1 and 3.

For reasons stated, the bailable warrants issued to appellant Nos.2, 4 and 6 are recalled without execution (unless they are already executed). Hamdast permitted to the counsel for applicants/ appellants to let them submit to the concerned Police Station. Criminal Application is disposed of. 4.
The counsel submits that, appellant No.5 Bhaidas Narayan Patil expired, regarding which death certificate is being tendered. To verify and confirm, the bailable warrant as already issued against respondent No.5, shall be executed by the police station concerned.

List the Criminal Appeal on 16th June 2016.
