The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition and is pending since the year 2009 with Respondent No. 1, the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, in case, such an application is pending, then the authority will decide it in accordance with law. 3.

In case the application filed by the petitioner under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act is pending with the Respondent No. 1 and or the appropriate authority, then the appropriate authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned preferably within (09) months.
