Further progress report has been produced, which is now marked as Exh. 'A'. It can be seen that the lady went missing on 11.09.2019. It also appears that offence under Section 364 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 vide Crime No.357/2020 has been registered against two persons. However, the missing lady has not been traced out. Extensive searches are made. Under such circumstance, we cannot keep the matter pending for years together. The possibility of tracing the lady has been minimized. We dispose of the writ petition by giving directions to respondents to keep the search intensified and if the lady is found, then it be reported.
