DATED : 25 th June, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] After elaborate submissions, Shri R.N.Dhorde, learned Senior counsel i/b Shri V.S.Undre, learned counsel, upon instructions, fairly submits that in view of the fact that trial has already commenced, he wish to withdraw the present application.

2] It is to be observed that Hon'ble Apex Court has already directed for expediting the trial. The prosecution was directed to place all evidence before the trial court for speedy trial.

3] Therefore, the learned trial court is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

4] Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
