This is an application for bringing legal heirs of appellant no.1 - Purjaram Shivram Ahire, who expired after filing of Second Appeal, i.e. on 09th March 2022.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that the application is filed within time and right to sue survived by the legal heirs of appellant no.1. 4.

The legal heirs be permitted to be brought on record in order to pursue Second Appeal. Hence the order :
