The record shows that the present application has already been dismissed against respondent Nos.1 & 2 for not taking steps. This court vide order dated 02/01/2023 had directed the applicant to take steps against concerned respondents, failing which the application was to be dismissed without reference to the court. As such, the application stands dismissed for default alongwith the CRAST No. 14338 of 2013 and disposed of accordingly.
