Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely seeking that the proposal forwarded by the Management to the respondent no. 3 - Education Officer (Secondary), dated 22 September 2017 (Exhibit 'D') which is pending with the latter be considered and decided expeditiously. He submits that the petitioner for the time being is not interest in rest of the prayers. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the proposal (Exhibit 'D') as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today. If

he is not having a copy of that, he shall treat the document at Exhibit 'D' as a proposal.
