Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the documents demanded by the petitioner were in custody of C.I.D. Nashik in connection with on going criminal investigation and as such the request made by petitioner for supply of those documents could not be considered within stipulated time. Counsel further states that the documents have been received back by the society, which is being looked after by the Liquidator and the society is prepared to hand over copies of those documents to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. The statement made is accepted. In view of statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.3, grievance raised by the petitioner in instant writ petition stands redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
