The Show Cause notice is issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has filed reply to the Show Cause notice as yet the final order is not passed.

The authority shall pass the final order pursuant to the Show Cause notice within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

After the final order is passed, the petitioner is at liberty to file appeal. In case appeal is filed by the petitioner, the authority shall take decision in appeal that may be filed by the petitioner within one (01) month from the date of filing.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
