The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after six months from today before the Sessions Court. 2.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event the applicant does not seek adjournment and delay the proceeding before the trial court, liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh bail application before the Sessions Court after six months from today. 3.

If such an application is filed the Trial Court to decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the orders of this court.
