Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent Nos.2 and 4.

Respondent Nos.1 and 3 are served, however, remained absent. The petitioner is coming with a limited grievance that his service record is not sent by respondent Nos.1 and 2 to respondent No.3 for modification of pension as per 7th pay commission. It appears that he has written letters and it also appears that it has not been addressed and redressed by respondent Nos.1 and 2. Under such circumstance, we direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 that if it requires that the service record of the petitioner is to be sent to respondent No.3, then it should be sent within a period of three months from today to respondent No.3 in view of the (1)
