This petition is challenging the order dated 29th January, 2016 putting the case of the petitioner in Category 2 (c) of Categorization of Crimes of 2010. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection with the Categorization of Crimes of 2010 being applicable to the case, but she asserts that her client's case would fall within the ambit of Category 3 (b). Having regard to both these categories, there is no doubt in our mind that the case case of the petitioner would fall within category 2 (c) and not in category 3 (b). We therefore do not find any error in the impugned order. In view of this, petition stands dismissed.
