The present Civil Application is filed to recall the order, dated 23.4.2018 issuing bailable warrant to the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development, Amravati.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the said order is not served upon applicant no.3. Affidavit-in-reply is filed before this Court.

The reason is given for non-compliance of the order of this Court and unconditional apology is also tendered. We accept the unconditional apology tendered by the applicant.

Considering the reasons given in the application and apology tendered, the order, dated 23.4.2018 in Writ Petition No. 14929 of 2017 is recalled.
