The petitioner's suit for protecting his rights in the property bearing Survey No.431 is pending before the Court of competent jurisdiction. Mr. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Court has granted appropriate protection to the petitioner-plaintiff therein. It is submitted that respondent Nos.5,6 and 7, in collusion, attempted to defeat his rights in the suit property by executing a forged title deed. It is submitted on the basis of the forged title deed, the Tahsildar, Vaijapur recorded Mutation Entry No.11943 vide order dated 25th May, 2021. Against the order of Tahsildar, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Vaijapur.

Learned AGP has placed on record instructions to state that the Sub-Divisional Officer would dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within two months. The instructions are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the instructions stated above, nothing survives in the petition. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Vaijapur shall decide the petitioner's appeal within two months.
