These are the applications for condonation of delay of 196 days caused in filing the first appeals.

Perused the applications and heard learned advocates for
ca6158.24- -2the respective parties. Learned advocate for the respondents strongly opposed the applications. Considering the reasons stated in the applications, it is crystal clear that the delay is not deliberately caused. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the applications are allowed and the delay is condoned.

In first appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.12.2025. Mr. D. V. Aradhye h/f Mr. Kulkarni, learned advocate, waives notice for respondent No.3.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that respondent No.1 is not necessary party therefore, he seeks leave to delete respondent No.1. Leave granted. Deletion be carried out within a week from today.
