The Petitioner's Revision No.170/2007, is said to be pending before the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department, Mumbai, Respondent No.7 herein. The learned GP submits that Respondent No.7 would decide the said proceedings under Section 257 of the M.L.R. Code within 90 days. If the file of 2007 is missing, Respondent No.7 would request the Petitioner to assist the said authority in reconstructing the file and once such file is reconstructed, a decision would be delivered by following the due procedure laid down in law, within 90 days.
