Perused the applications and heard learned advocates for the respective parties. Learned advocate for the respondentsclaimants strongly objected the applications. Considering the reasons stated in the applications, it appears that the delay is not deliberate, therefore, the applications are allowed. The delay is condoned in the interest of justice.
