SEPTEMBER 12 2025 ORDER :- It is submitted that during pendency of the appeal, which is filed by the acquiring body, the claimant no.1 - Bhaskar s/o. Rangnath Kotalwar died on 01.12.2024. By the present application, applicant nos.1A to 1C, who claimed to be the sole legal heirs of the deceased - Bhaskar, pray to permit them to represent deceased Bhaskar as legal representatives. It is contended that there is delay of 55 days in filing this application. The applicants pray to condone the delay and allow the application.

Mr.Dande, learned AGP, in all fairness, gives no objection to allow the application.

The application is, thus, allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) to (D). Delay condoned. The applicant/appellant to carry out the necessary amendment in the title of the appeal within four weeks.
