We have perused the prayers put forth by the petitioner and the order at issue dated 02.09.2021 passed by respondent no.4.

Having considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP, we direct respondent no. 3 to look into the matter and ensure that respondent no.5 would comply with the directions set out by respondent no.4 in the report dated 20th September, 2021. If respondent no.5 does not comply

13262.21WP with the directions, action can be initiated against him. Similarly, the petitioner would be at liberty to lodge a criminal complaint, if he finds that there has been misappropriation and the concerned authorities would consider the same on it's own merits and strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
