The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents in respect of implementation of the Scheme for distribution of 148 photo-stat machines to disabled persons in various Panchayat Samitis under Zilla Parishad, Ahemadnagar, in furtherance of the resolution passed by the General Body on 19.1.2015, which has also been approved by the Standing Committee on 4.2.2015 and the aforesaid decision is stated to have been taken in furtherance of Government Resolution dated 24.9.2013.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent Zilla Parishad, on instructions received from District Social Welfare Officer Shri Bhogale, states that during the preceding year, the Scheme could not be implemented on account of certain difficulties, however, during the current year, the Scheme would be agp/-

It is further stated that the process for implementation of the Scheme is in progress and on observance of he procedural requirements, appropriate steps would be taken and the Scheme would be implemented. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Zilla Parishad, the grievance raised in the instant petition stands redressed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
