PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner does have a 'Mannervarlu', Tribe certificate recognized as Scheduled Tribe in the State of Maharashtra. The post for which he has moved an application for recruitment requires the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Tribe in the format as prescribed by the Central Government. 2.

The learned AGP submits that after the petitioner tenders the original certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Tribe, a fresh certificate in the format prescribed would be issued within 15 days. 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that her original tribe certificate of belonging to the 'Mannervarlu' Tribe is available and that she would complete the formalities of

As such, this petition is disposed off.

We expect the authority to issue the certificate as required in the format prescribed by the Central Government on or before 29th June, 2022, considering the urgency that the petitioner will have to produce the said certificate before the Authority at Aurangabad on or before 30th June, 2022.
