CIVIL APPLICATION FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY 01.

This application is filed by the claimants whose property is acquired in the acquisition proceedings. For the reasons stated in the application, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Therefore, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned, subject to condition of depositing Rs.3500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred) for the

( 2 ) ca4825.24 purpose of High Court Dispensary within two weeks from today. The applicants shall file an undertaking that in-case the appeal is allowed, the applicants shall not claim interest for the delayed period on the enhanced amount.
