Since the award of the learned Reference Court is less than four times of the award of the Land Acquisition Officer, the Government seeks leave to withdraw these appeals as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4, dated 3.11.2016 and subsequent Corrigendum, dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 to the said Government Resolution. Leave granted to withdraw. 3.

First appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

Pending civil application, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.

The appellant shall deposit the amount of award within six months from today in the Reference Court. Upon such deposit of the amount, the respondent/claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount as per the award.

The undertaking, if any, is furnished at the time of the earlier withdrawal of amount, stands discharged.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.
