We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Warad, learned Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioners are challenging the show cause notices and the conduct of enquiry. The petitioners can raise all possible defences in reply to the show cause notices and in any further proceedings if the petitioners resort to.

In view of the above and in view of the fact that the petitioners are assailing the show cause notices, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Writ Petitions are dispose of. All contentions of the parties and challenges raised in the petition are kept open. No costs.
