Learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents. The Petition can be disposed of in view of the prayer clause "(B)" as the petitioner seeks only directions to respondent No.2 to decide the pending proposal in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner.

Learned AGP, upon instructions, makes a statement that the said proposal of the petitioner dated 13th October 2023 will be decided within a period of three months.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 13th October 2023 in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case, within a period of THREE MONTHS from today. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
