Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 11.12.2013 to the respondent making grievance about the seniority list and for the purpose of fixation of seniority. However, the same is not considered by the authorities till today.

Mr. Dande, the learned counsel submits that, in case the said representation is received by the respondent and is pending, then the respondent would decide the same on its own merits. 3.

In the light of that, we pass the following order.

In case, the representation filed by the petitioner is pending with the respondent, then the respondent shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. 5.

In case the representation filed by the petitioner as claimed by the petitioner is not with the respondent, then the petitioner would resubmit the same. In case the same is resubmitted the respondent shall decide the said representation on its own merits.
