Mr. Gadhe, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner would not press the petition, however, the learned Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad be directed to decide the said appeal expeditiously as laid down under the Statute. 2.

The procedure as laid down under the Statute and the stipulations have to be adhered to. We hope and trust that the Presiding Officer would conclude the said proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the Statute, so also Sec. 60(3) of the Maharashtra Universities Act. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of.
