The learned Advocate for the review applicants submits that there is a minor delay of 289 days.

I have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicants. The grievance about the circular dated 09/04/2019 has already been voiced by these applicants in separate contempt proceedings before this Court and notices are said to have been khs/MAY 2019/5023-d

- 2 - issued to the respondents. It is further submitted that the circular dated 09/04/2019 does not make a reference to the judgment of this Court dated 11/05/2018 delivered in WP No.3409/2003 and connected matters.

I find that the applicants' grievances voiced in the contempt petitions are before the learned Court assigned with contempt matters.

The learned Advocate for the applicants, therefore, submits on instructions that the applicants seek leave to withdraw these petitions and pursue the contempt petitions.

As such, these applications are disposed off, as withdrawn. Pending review applications on stamp numbers, also stand disposed off.
