This civil application has been filed for the purpose of correcting the name of original respondent Nos. 4 and 6. 2.

It is submitted that the name of respondent No.4 is Gorakshanath S/o Sakharam Todmal and not Gorakshanath Sakharam Shinde. Leave to correct is, therefore, granted in the light of Mr.Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the original petitioner consenting to the said prayer.

It is further submitted that the name of the original respondent No.6 is Rahul S/o Jalindar Todmal and not Rahul S/o Jalindar Shinde as is mentioned in the writ petition. Learned Advocate for the original petitioner confirms the same. Leave to correct the name of respondent No.6 is, therefore, granted.

Correction to be carried out forthwith. Pursuant to the same, the order dated 30/09/2014, passed by this Court in W.P.No.8764/2013 in relation to depositing the money and withdrawal of the said amount set out in paragraph No. 7, be implemented.

Civil application is, therefore, allowed.
