The orders with regard to the change in the revenue record would always be subject to appeal U/Sec. 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The petitioners may avail the said remedy as is permissible in law. All contentions are kept open. 3.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
