Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned A.P.P. for State.

We have perused the notes of evidence.

Prima facie it appears that the findings recorded by the trial Court are sustainable. We will not elaborate on the evidence at this stage, since the Appeal filed by the Applicant is pending. More over the Applicant was not on bail during the trial. Suffice it to say that no case is made out for granting the application for bail. The Criminal Application stands rejected.

The Registry of this Court shall send original Record and Proceedings to the Registry of Additional Sessions Judge, Majalgaon. Upon receiving the original Record and Proceedings by the Registry of the Additional Sessions Judge, Majalgaon, the Registry of concerned Court shall prepare the Paper Book and send it back along with original Record and Proceedings, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four months from receipt of the original Record and

Proceedings.

Upon receiving original Record and Proceedings with Paper Book, liberty to mention for early hearing of the Appeal.
