We would refrain from issuing a direction to a Judicial Officer to decide an Election Petition within a particular time frame. Moreover, the petition is just two years old. We are not aware of the pendency of the Election Petitions before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jalna.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The learned Court would consider the pending Election Petition No.2/2021, in queue with other Election Petitions, considering the date of the lodging of the proceedings.
