Considering the documents placed on record, we find that the Petitioner has already approached the Appellate Authority i.e. the Sub-Divisional Officer, to challenge the order dated 23.10.2024, passed by the Tahsildar, inter alia, raising a ground that the order of the Tahsildar is without jurisdiction. The said Appeal is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer. 2.

It is the grievance of the Petitioner that the Tahsildar passed the order for extraneous reasons. The said ground can also be taken before the Appellate Authority.

There is no substance in the present Writ Petition. Hence, it is dismissed.
