Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 101 of 2023 registered with Modha Police Station, District Parbhani for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 324d of the Indian Penal Code.

It was a quarrel between friends. The weapon has been recovered. The applicant is a student of the Bachelor of Arts Second Semester. His summer examination is approaching from 3rd of May 2023. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has been recovered. In view of that matter, the applicant deserves bail.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Sudarshan Pandharinath Galande be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in aforementioned crime registered with aforementioned police station, on the following conditions :- (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall not contact the injured till the conclusion of the trial.
