The petitioner is before us aggrieved by the fact that in spite of direction of this Court the Caste Scrutiny Committee is not deciding his claim for validity.

The learned A.G.P., on written instructions from the Caste Scrutiny Committee Dhule dated 26.04.2023 submits that the committee would now decide the claim within three months. The communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
