By this petition petitioner seeks direction to register the offence pursuant to his complaint dated 27/01/2024, made to the Police Inspector, Ramanand Nagar Police Station, Jalgaon. 2.

Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, investigating ofÏcer has conducted preliminary inquiry and has submitted a report that the allegations of petitioner are in respect of civil transactions and no criminal offence is disclosed. 3.

In view of the above, we find no merit in the criminal writ petition. The same is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file private complaint and civil litigation, if he so desires.
