[I] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY : 1.
This is an Application for condonation of 330 days delay in preferring the First Appeal by the Acquiring Body against the Judgment and Order dated 09/03/2017, passed by the learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalna, in Land Acquisition Reference [LAR] No.658/2012.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, due to administrative reasons, the Appeal could not be preferred within the stipulated time. He submits that, in connected matters, this Court, vide order dated 28/11/2019 passed in Civil Application No.15479/2017, has condoned the delay. He submits that, the Application may be allowed.

The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.3 to 8, who are the Original Claimants, submits that, the delay has not been appropriately explained and the Application be rejected. 4.
On hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in Paragraph No.3 of the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly. [I] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR STAY :
