Present Petition has been filed to direct respondent No.2 committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, which is pending since 28th April 2022. 2.

After waiving notice for both the respondents, learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the tribe claim of the petitioner can be decided within two months.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP,

wp-4629.24 respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period of TWO MONTHS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
