The petitioners pray that their pending complaint bearing No. 1 of 2020 be decided expeditiously in the light of the order of the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, dated 29.11.2022 passed in Appeal No. 2 of 2020 and Appeal No. 3 of 2020. 2.

We noticed that Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. is the respondent in the said complaint. We, therefore, direct the petitioners to add Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. as respondent No.4 in this petition. Addition be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the respondents.

The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The learned Advocate Shri Bhandari, waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.4. 5.

Since the request of the petitioners is that the pending proceedings be decided expeditiously, that this petition is disposed off. 6.

We expect Respondent No.3-District Collector, Beed to decide the said proceedings within 60 days from today. 7.

Needless to state, all the litigating parties would be granted reasonable opportunity of hearing.
