The result of the applicant of the M.B.B.S. Second Year Winter 2019 Course is withheld on the ground that his caste claim is invalidated. The Writ Petition fled by the applicant, bearing No.2093/2018, challenging the judgment of the Scrutiny Committee is pending in this Court.

The Course is of four and half years. The respondents No.4 and 5 shall not withhold the result of the applicant of M.B.B.S. Second Year Winter 2019 Course only on the ground that

In case the applicant is otherwise eligible, then he shall not be refrained from prosecuting the studies of Fourth Year only on the ground that his caste claim is invalidated. We have passed this order for the reason that the Writ Petition is pending admission in this Court. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
