It is contended that there are two applicants in Civil Application No.5079 of 2025 in the matter of Kautik Damu patil and another who are entitled to receive the amount. However, in paragraph No.6 it is recorded that only Kautik is permitted to receive

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 2 STM.FA-280-2025.doc the amount. Considering the tenor of the order, Kautik is not the sole applicant. The mistake is obvious.

In second line of paragraph No.6 of the order, after the word 'Applicant-Kautik Damu patil' word 'Another' be added. 5.
